GitHub may process technical connection and server-log data, including the IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, referring URL, and the date and time of a request, in order to deliver and secure the website.

3. Google Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page is opened, the visitor’s browser connects to Google servers and transmits technical connection data, including the IP address. 4. Twitch status service
The website retrieves public stream-status and activity information from twitchapi.matikusgames.com. The request necessarily transmits technical connection data, including the visitor’s IP address, to the server providing that service. The service does not receive Twitch account information from visitors through this request. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in displaying the current stream status and aggregated activity data (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Twitch and Ko-fi embeds
Content from Twitch and Ko-fi is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only after a visitor actively selects the corresponding load button. When enabled, the visitor’s browser establishes a direct connection to the selected provider. The provider then receives technical connection data, including the IP address, and may store or access cookies or similar information on the visitor’s device.
The legal basis is the visitor’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable rules on terminal-device access).
